Welcome to the new RegistryPro, the Internet for Professionals! This website contains resources for current and prospective .Pro registrants and registrars about .Pro products and services, along with important contact and policy information for .Pro.
For prospective registrants:
To determine if you are eligible to register in the .Pro TLD, please carefully read and review our new End User Terms of Use Agreement (TOU).
For current registrants:
To learn more about how these changes may affect you, please carefully read and review the information above and contact your sponsoring registrar with questions, comments, or concerns.
If you are unfamiliar with the sponsoring registrar of your .Pro domain, you can perform a WHOIS search using the .Pro WHOIS Search tool located near the top right corner of this page. Links to all operational .Pro registrars are available by clicking the Find a Registrar link located near the top left corner of this page.
If you have a problem with your sponsoring registrar, first try to resolve the problem directly with your Registrar. Your Registrar is required to provide customer support and assist you with your concerns. When you register a domain name, your agreement is with your registrar and RegistryPro will not intervene in disputes between a Registrar and Registrant.
If your Registrar is unresponsive and your problem persists, please go to the InterNic Registrar Problem Reports page at http://www.internic.net/problem_reports/, which offers alternate suggestions for resolving Registrar/Registrant issues and provides an easy form for reporting problems with an official Registrar.
If you have any questions or comments about existing or pending policies or requirements, please visit our Contact Us page to find the applicable department email address or send an email to info@registrypro.pro.
